Refundable deposit + reservation fee
We would like to inform you that as a part of the payment we will be asking you to pay refundable damage deposit of 500 USD or 1.000 USD (Q TOWER) for any damages which may occurred. In the time of your booking you will have an option to pay only reservation fee of 150 USD or 300 USD which will be after your arrival deducted from the total price for your booking. The balance for the booking has to be pay in cash or credit card upon arrival to our representative who will be meeting you. You also have an option to pay full amount for your booking at the time of your booking . In this case you will not pay anything upon your arrival. Refundable deposit will be return to your credit/debit card within 48 hours of your departure minus any damages which may occured.
Reservations and payments
Once apartmentsforrentpanama.com will confirmed the availability of the apartment you reqested you will have 24 hours to make payment of reservation fee of $150 or $300 in order to guarantee the reservation with us. Not doing so will automatically cancel the reservation and the apartments will be open for new bookings.
Please note that the booking won’t be confirmed until the amount is payed and received by us.
The balance for the booking will be due upon arrival or in time of the booking. Booking prices per night are fixed. We reserve the right to change prices on our website. This will have no efect on the price you confirmed at the time of your booking. No increase or reduction possible.
All the services and utilities are included in short term rentals.
Long term rental is not including electricity.
You will have to pay remaining balance for electricity each month if renting for short or long term.
Cancellation/Changes
Notice of cancellation or change must be given to us 60 days prior to arrival. Apartmentsforrentpanama.com reserves the right to keep the $150 or $300 reservation fee in case this condition is not respected.
If we are not able to provide you with the property that you reserved we will offer you similar apartment in the city. You will be able to decide if you want to accept or request or prefer full refund from us. We will be not responsible for any further claims or any expenses.
Refund policy
A full refund will be given to you if the cancellation or change request is made more than 60 days prior to your arrival date. The full refund includes the $150 or $300 reservation deposit and any other payments made in advance. We reserve right to keep the $150 reservation deposit in case the cancellation or change request is given less than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
In case you decide to leave the apartment before the agreed days , we reserve the right to keep the balance for remaining days.
Guest Policies
All apartmentsforrentpanama have a strict no-smoking policy. Pets are not allowed in the buildings. You must provide us in time of the booking with correct number of guest staying. Not doing so my result in cancellation of renting agreement and you will loose all the payments made by you. We are charging you per apartment/ per rental time , therefore please make sure you choose apartment which will be correct for the amount of guest travelling. Each apartment allowed certain amount of guests which can´t be exceeded.

Our apartments are for residential purposes only. Clients must avoid noise and disruptive behavior as our apartments are located in buildings housing executives, professionals, families, children and babies. The use or possession of illegal drugs of any form is against our policy. Our management reserves the right to evict the clients within 24 hours in case our policy are not respected. In case of eviction , the client’s security deposit will be kept as a penalty and the rent paid in advance will be pro-rated up to the eviction date.
Services Agreement
We provide our guests with a contracted number of nights in a furnished apartment at the location of their choice.
Check-in : 3pm – 4pm
Check-out: 11 – 12pm
If you need us to change the times , please let us know via e-mail and we will try to offer you another option where possible. Change of the check-in or check-out times not valid without confirmation e-mail from us!

All apartments are self-service. Guests are responsible for their own housekeeping and laundry, as well as trash disposal and recycling.
Apartmentsfrorentpanama is responsible for full housekeeping services before your arrival and after your departure.
